These terms govern your use of ResumeRadar (resumeradar.io). By using the platform you agree to these terms. For privacy information see our Privacy Policy.
You must be 16 years or older to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials confidential.
ResumeRadar uses artificial intelligence to generate resumes, cover letters, and interview questions. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review AI-generated content carefully before submitting it to employers. ResumeRadar is not liable for any hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or immigration results.
Job listings displayed on the platform are sourced from public job boards. ResumeRadar does not verify the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing. Always verify independently before applying. ResumeRadar is not responsible for fraudulent or expired postings.
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. The Pro plan includes a 3-day free trial — you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time from Settings. Upon cancellation, you keep access until the end of your billing period and then revert to the Free plan. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use automated scripts or bots, circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or upload false or misleading content. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.
You retain ownership of any CV or document you upload. By uploading, you grant ResumeRadar a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your documents.
ResumeRadar provides tools to assist your job search. We make no guarantee that using our service will result in employment, job interviews, visa sponsorship, or immigration success.
ResumeRadar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $50 CAD — whichever is greater.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance. We will notify users by email for significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
